Cryogenic Temperature Performance
Measured Linearity is excellent over the full range of fields from 0 to 0.5T with the maximum deviation from fitted straight lines being less than 0:5 %.
For measured Hall voltage for magnetic fields from -1 T to 1 T, linearity over the full range has a maximum deviation from fitted straight lines of less than 1%.
Between 4K and 300K, changes in input and output resistances are due to the much lower resistances (higher mobilities) at cryogenic temperatures.
However, the variation in sensitivity is of order 10% across the entire range for all sensors from 4K to 300K.
